RMS Plus provides a customizable package for all small, medium and large retailers irrespective of the nature of the product line. If you are looking to automate specific business processes like point-of-sale, inventory management and distribution, RMS Plus is the ideal option. RMS Plus performs store level functions like billing, cash accounting, item classification, merchandising, inventory management, bar coding, stock transfer, taxation and customer database. It also provides MIS and reporting which can be customized to your requirement. It also has an accounting feature which can take care of all aspects of book-keeping, Balance Sheet and P&L requirements.

PMS Plus the back bone of this software is the production module with the account and excise sections being triggered when appropriate milestones are reached.

The Production module consists of Procurement, Production and Dispatch sections.
The Procurement section maintains vendor wise details including a VAT register and keeps an inventory of all raw materials. The Production module creates and maintains a “tailor wise” Job ticket system with design, size, raw material consumption and inventory updates. It relates labour charges and materials cost to price through a built in factor calculus. It updates Inventory, provides Daily Production Report, RG1, and has Stock Register. It also prints all labels with the Design Code, MRP, Job Ticket No and barcode.
The current stock of all finished goods are listed along with the quantity allowing for generation of dispatch of selected items by size wise and quantity.

The Accounts Section is built of 4 modules, namely, Journal, Ledgers, Balance Sheet and MIS. There is also a hidden module that is used to update the journal and the ledgers at milestones that can be automatically monitored. The Excise Section is fully automated. It picks up all the information from the monitored milestones. The two user interaction modules that exist are for Reporting (all the different registers and challans) and for making payments (to the Excise Department).

When combined with PMS Plus it offers garment manufacturers an end-to-end solution.
